Getting paid
You need at least one of these switched on before your booking page appears on your website. Your clients
pick a class, leave their name, and are handed the right payment link. You confirm the money arrived, and
their balance updates.
The fastest to set up. Free between friends, and most clients already have it.
Works today with a PayPal.Me link. Good if some clients prefer cards.
Proper card checkout. Takes the longest to approve, so start early.
Running classes
- Set your service up as a class. Dashboard → Services → pick one →
How is this booked? → Class. Set the price per person and a capacity
(0 means no limit).
- Give it a time. On the same page, Class Times → pick the day and time and
press Add this time. Every date for the next 90 days appears on your calendar automatically,
and keeps rolling forward.
- Add buy-ahead options (optional). Dashboard → Packages. Account credit, a pack of
classes, or an unlimited month. Clients can also just tick several dates and pay for them together.
- Turn on a payment method using one of the guides above. Your booking page goes live on
your website the moment you do.
- Take the register. Dashboard → Take Attendance. Tap everybody who turned up, press
submit, and the class price comes off each of their balances. Balances can go negative, so mark people
present first and chase money afterwards.
- Cash on the day? Tap anyone's balance and record it. Somebody not on the list yet is
Add a Client, top right.
Good to know
- Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and cash all rely on you confirming the money arrived. No system
can check a personal transfer on your behalf, so we do not pretend to. Payments waiting on you are at the
top of Dashboard → Payments.
- Refunding in the dashboard records a refund. It does not send money. Send that back the
same way they paid you.
- A client who books through your website lands in Pending Clients and moves to
Existing the first time you mark them present.
